What safety measures will Camp Ilan take to provide a safe environment for my child?

1. Camp Ilan will be a completely nut-free and sesame seed free environment. We will have epi-pens and first-aid kits placed strategically all over the premises, as well as taken on the bus to and from swimming.

2. All of our head staff and general staff will be CPR trained.

3. Our staff to camper ratio is 1:5. For each bunk we will also always have two counselors (even in the event that there are less than 10 kids per bunk) to ensure the safest environment.

We have had our son  in camp since the first day it opened. Camp Ilan is an incredible camp, filled  with amazing programs, and highly energetic, and responsible staff! Zack , the camp director makes everyone feel at home at Camp Ilan. He gives personalized attention and pays attention to detail in every aspect of running the camp. We couldn’t be more happy with the quality of camp offered, and most of all with the Jewish and Zionist ruach that inspires our kids all throughout the summer!
